    Why LAY<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The Lay School of Performing Arts (LSPA) was started in December 2013 in Nanded. This institute for the performing arts is the brainchild of India\u2019s foremost Artist, Dr. Bharat Jethwani. It has been his dream to have an l institute in Nanded that imparts high-quality education in the areas of music, dance, and other performing arts.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It is the only institute in Marathwada recognized under the Govt. of Maharashtra and provides quality based education to the artists. The academy\u2019s vision is to identify, nurture, train and mentor those who want to pursue a career in the various performing arts, or those who pursue an art form for the sake of personal joy and satisfaction.\u00a0LSPA provides various national, International platforms for the student to expose their talent. Lspa provides part-time education and distance learning courses under the field of Performing Arts. The High-level educated staff who themselves have proven their excellence in their field are the part of the institute today.\u00a0 <\/span>LSPA affiliated to Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Educational Board of Vocational Training, Govt. of Maharashtra,\u00a0 Hindustan Art and Music Society, Kolkatta<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Welcome\u00a0to Lay School of performing arts, Nanded. The staff and I are looking forward to an exciting year full of dance, music, drama opportunities, challenges, and fun!<\/p>\n

    The academy\u2019s vision is to identify, nurture, train and mentor those who want to pursue a career in the various performing arts, or those who pursue an art form for the sake of personal joy and satisfaction.<\/p>\n

    The Lay\u2019s school of performing arts focuses on strengthening the fundamentals within students i.e. the basics of Dance, melody, and rhythm. For this, we use a holistic approach \u2013 in addition to the regular classes, we have theory lectures, appreciation sessions, practice aides, and special classes by visiting artists. Apart from the regular classes, a senior teacher conducts a mentoring session at least once every quarter and works individually with students to hone their skills. Now we have started providing training through distance learning for the students outside Maharashtra.<\/p>\n

    By competing in regional and national competitions we differ from others. The only part-time institute in Nanded which provides all these courses under one roof.<\/p>\n
