Rules & Regulations

Performance Schedule

Dear Artist, welcome to the millennium city of Nanded. There are certain instructions to be followed by participants and accompanists they are as follows.

  1. All the artists are requested to follow the given time schedule properly.
  2. Your performance’ music/song/track to be submitted and reported before half an hour to reporting counter.
  3. A participation certificate will be issued at the reporting counter after your performance.
  4. Without I.D card no one will be permitted in competition premises.
  5. No photography and videography are allowed in the auditorium.
  6. You will get photos and videos by the professional photographer appointed by us on the payment of 300 Rs. for photography & 300 Rs. for video respectively.
  7. In accommodation premises use of tobacco, smoking, liquor are strictly prohibited; if found action can be taken as per Indian law and their participation will be disqualified.
  8. Your belongings are your responsibility
  9. No short clothes are allowed near and inside Gurudwara palace.
  10. The judge’s decision will be the final decision.
  11. If you have any grievances then need to be submitted in writing a letter to the organizers
  12. The main aim of this festival is to spread unity; hence you are requested to maintain a cultural environment during the festival.
  13. Entry in a food court will be only through coupon and I.D. Card.
  14. Food timings are –
    1. Breakfast – 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 am
    2. Lunch – 01:00 p.m. to 3:00 pm
    3. Dinner – 07:30 p.m. to 09:30 pm
  15. The bus timings are strict to be followed as given below. Morning at 8.00 a.m. Accommodation to venue and food court. Evening 9.30 p.m. competition venue for accommodation

About Us

The Lay School of Performing Arts (LSPA) was started in December 2013 in Nanded. This institute for the performing arts is the brainchild of India’s foremost Artist Nritya Shiromani Bharat Jethwani. It has been his dream to have an institute in Nanded that imparts high-quality education in the areas of music, dance, and other performing arts.

The academy’s vision is to identify, nurture, train and mentor those who want to pursue a career in the various performing arts, or those who pursue an art form for the sake of personal joy and satisfaction.

LSPA provides various national, International platforms for the student to expose their talent.

About City

Nanded is the city in the Maharashtra state of India. Nanded is the 8th largest Urban agglomeration of Maharashtra. It is also the headquarters of Nanded district and the second-largest city in Marathwada region after Aurangabad. Nanded has been a major place for Sikh pilgrimage. 10th Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh made Nanded as his permanent abode and passed Guruship to Guru Granth Sahib before his death in Nanded. Nanded is located on the banks of Godavari river.
