Saptarang International Festival 2020 Malaysia-Singapore

Saptarang Charitable trust and with Tie up Thiruchendur academy dance & Music, Powered by NIFAA. This year saptarang international festival was organized at Soma auditorium Malaysia. In this 4th edition of the festival we started with the concept of international competition and it is our pleasure to see that it was a grand success as more than 180 participants have performed and participated in the competition in this festival. Around 56 items were presented in the international competition and the participants were from India Malaysia China Indonesia and also other places. The great thing which was found in this competition the huge competition in classical dance . The competition was categorized in various groups like minor junior-senior and open also in a different stream folk classical semi classical and model also various types like solo duet and group were are allowed to participate in this competition. More than 10 Guru were felicitated by International award on this occasion. Director of Tiruchendur dance and music academy Smt. Sai Raja Rajeswa9ryo took great efforts to make this event successful. An auditorium is full of the audience were to Mark about this program and give positive feedback that such kind of programs should be organized again and again in Malaysia to provide platforms to amateur artists also to the learning artist. This event was started by the gazalthumri bhakti geet followed by various classical dances like Bharatanatyam KathakodissiKuchipudi semi-classical folk dance. the best part of this program was it started around 11:30 in the morning and ended at 9:30 p.m. the night in the whole program was witnessed by the full of the audience which was a positive sign for our program
